Terms of Service
Last Updated: July 31st, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by Sagebrush Massage Therapy LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including any services, information, appointment-booking features, forms, communications, and other content available through sagebrushmassagetherapy.com (the “Website”).
By accessing the Website, scheduling an appointment, purchasing a service or gift card, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or our services.
1. Our Services
Sagebrush Massage Therapy LLC provides professional massage therapy and related wellness services. Available services, appointment lengths, prices, therapist availability, and service descriptions may change at any time.
Information provided on the Website is intended for general informational and scheduling purposes. Nothing on the Website should be considered medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Massage therapy is not a replacement for care from a physician, physical therapist, mental health professional, or other licensed healthcare provider. You should consult an appropriate healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns before receiving massage therapy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to schedule or purchase services through the Website unless a parent or legal guardian provides consent.
Massage services for minors may require a parent or legal guardian to complete consent forms and remain present during the appointment. Additional requirements may apply based on state law and our business policies.
By using the Website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal ability to agree to these Terms.
3. Appointments
Appointments may be scheduled through the Website, by telephone, by email, or through another booking system we make available.
Submitting an appointment request does not always guarantee that the appointment has been confirmed. An appointment is confirmed when you receive a confirmation from us.
You are responsible for reviewing the appointment date, time, location, therapist, service type, and any preparation instructions included in your confirmation.
Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes before your first appointment to complete any required forms. Arriving late may reduce the length of your session so that we can remain on schedule for other clients. The full service price may still apply.
We may reschedule or cancel an appointment because of therapist illness, emergencies, unsafe conditions, severe weather, facility issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. When possible, we will offer another appointment time or provide an appropriate refund for prepaid services.
4. Cancellations and No-Shows
We understand that plans can change. Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours of notice may be charged a cancellation fee. Clients who do not attend a scheduled appointment without providing notice may be charged the full appointment price.
Exceptions may be considered for emergencies, illness, or other circumstances at our discretion.
Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a requirement to prepay for future services. We may also limit or decline future booking requests when a client repeatedly fails to follow our scheduling policies.
5. Health Information and Client Responsibilities
Before receiving massage therapy, you must provide complete and accurate information about your health, injuries, allergies, medications, pregnancy status, recent surgeries, medical conditions, and any other information that could affect the safety of your session.
You are responsible for informing your therapist of any changes to your health before each appointment.
You should not receive massage therapy when you have a contagious illness, fever, certain infections, or another condition that may place you, your therapist, or others at risk. Contact us before your appointment if you are unsure whether you should attend.
During your session, you must immediately tell your therapist if you experience pain, numbness, dizziness, discomfort, difficulty breathing, or any other concerning symptom. You may request a change in pressure, positioning, technique, or draping at any time.
You may stop the session at any time.
6. Professional Conduct and Boundaries
All massage services are professional and therapeutic. Sexual comments, sexual requests, inappropriate touching, harassment, threatening behavior, discrimination, or other misconduct will not be tolerated.
A session may be ended immediately if a client behaves inappropriately or makes the therapist feel unsafe. In these circumstances, the client may be required to pay the full service price and may be prohibited from scheduling future appointments.
Clients must also respect our employees, contractors, property, equipment, and other clients.
Our therapists will use professional draping practices. Only the area of the body being worked on will be uncovered, and massage will be provided only within the therapist’s professional scope of practice and the client’s informed consent.
7. Payment
Payment is due at the time stated during booking or immediately after services are provided. We accept the payment methods listed on the Website or at our location.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, gratuities, service charges, or other fees may be added where permitted.
You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information. You authorize us and our payment-processing providers to charge the payment method you provide for services, products, cancellation fees, no-show fees, or other agreed charges.
We may correct pricing errors and cancel or adjust an order or appointment affected by an obvious pricing or technical mistake.
8. Packages, Memberships, Promotions, and Gift Cards
Service packages, memberships, discounts, promotional offers, and gift cards may be subject to additional terms provided at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts.
Promotional offers have no cash value. - Packages and memberships may be used only by the person identified at purchase.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. - Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced without proof of purchase.
- Expiration dates and service restrictions will be applied only as permitted by applicable law.
Membership cancellation, renewal, payment, and refund terms will be disclosed separately if we offer recurring memberships.
9. Refunds
Completed massage services are generally nonrefundable. Please communicate any concerns during the session so the therapist has an opportunity to adjust the service.
Refunds for prepaid appointments, packages, products, or gift cards will be handled according to the policy provided at the time of purchase and applicable law.
We may offer a refund, service credit, or rescheduled appointment at our discretion when a service cannot be provided as promised. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
10. Website Use
You may use the Website only for lawful, personal purposes.
You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or its systems.
- Interfere with the Website’s security or operation.
- Use automated systems to collect information without permission.
- Submit false, misleading, harmful, or fraudulent information.
- Impersonate another person.
Copy, sell, publish, or commercially exploit Website content without written permission. - Use the Website in a way that violates any applicable law.
We may suspend or block access to the Website when we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms or created a security risk.

The Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, designs, and branding, are owned by or licensed to Sagebrush Massage Therapy LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view and print Website content for your personal, noncommercial use. No other use is permitted without our prior written approval.
Business names, logos, service names, and trademarks displayed on the Website may not be used without the owner’s permission.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
The Website may use or link to third-party services, including appointment-booking platforms, mapping services, social media websites, payment processors, and other external websites.
We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms and policies.
A link to a third-party website does not necessarily mean that we endorse or guarantee that website, company, product, or service.
13. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy.
Information submitted through standard website forms or email may not be appropriate for urgent or highly sensitive medical communications. Do not use the Website to request emergency assistance.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate medical care.
14. Disclaimers
The Website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and the Website operating properly, but we do not guarantee that the Website will always be available, secure, error-free, or complete.
Individual responses to massage therapy vary. We do not guarantee a particular physical, emotional, medical, or wellness result.
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sagebrush Massage Therapy LLC and its owners, employees, therapists, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. These Terms also do not waive any rights or remedies provided under applicable consumer-protection laws.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the Website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
This section does not require you to indemnify us for our own negligence or misconduct where such a requirement would be prohibited by law.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute relating to these Terms, the Website, or our services will be handled in the courts located in Washington County, Utah, unless applicable law requires another location or method of dispute resolution.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The revised version will be posted on the Website with a new “Last Updated” date.
Changes become effective when posted unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Website or our services after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
19. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will remain in effect. The invalid section will be interpreted or limited as necessary to make it enforceable where permitted by law.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, cancellation policy, intake forms, informed-consent documents, and any additional written terms provided during booking, form the agreement between you and Sagebrush Massage Therapy LLC regarding the Website and services.
