Relaxation Massage
In our Relaxation Massage we use our massage oil or cream. It is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Relaxation massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension, and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.

Structural/CORRECTIVE
In our Structural Relief massage, our therapists use multiple modalities (myofascial, orthopedic, stretching, mytoskeletal) to remove severe tension, relieve both muscles and connective tissue, and improve the range of motion throughout the body, helping you to feel relieved when you leave your session.

PRENATAL MASSAGE
Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially-designed massage table cushions are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen. If you would prefer to do side lying we are able to do that also.

CRANIOssage
A therapeutic blend of craniosacral therapy and targeted massage to relieve
head, neck, and jaw tension, calm the nervous system, and support lasting relief for TMJ, whiplash, and headaches.

Insurance eligible medical massage
We accept PIP and VA coverage, providing medically supported massage sessions that align with your treatment plan and help simplify the billing process.

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY (CST)
Uses light, precise touch to release tension in the head, spine, and nervous system, promoting deep relaxation and improved overall balance.
60 minutes – $90 / 90 minutes – $130
MYOFASCIAL RELEASE
Uses slow, sustained pressure to gently unwind tight fascia, improving mobility, reducing tension, and restoring ease of movement.

FIRE CUPPING & MASSAGE
Uses gently heated cups and hands-on techniques to create suction that releases deep muscle tension, improves circulation, and supports overall relaxation and mobility.
30 minutes – $60 / 120 minutes – $90
Pressure
We are capable of light, medium and deep pressure. You will never hurt our feelings if you change the amount of pressure during your massage. Our goal is to make sure you have the best experience during your massage.
Music
If you would like to hear a specific station, artist, genre make sure you specify in your appointment notes when you book your massage.
Specific Areas of Concern
We love working the body as a whole. Everything is connected, and one body part effects another. If you are feeling pain in a specific area, we are happy to work in that area instead of the whole body massage.
Aromatherapy
Adding essential oil to a massage is amazing for the body, mind and spirit. In your massage we can also provide you with your own personnel diffuser that you get to keep after the massage. Make sure you add on the Aromatherapy and state the oil you would like to use.
